Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and will be skilled in various dental procedures. This role requires a thorough understanding of dental practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages, including children.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients. Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including cavities, gum disease, and other oral health issues. Perform a variety of dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Maintain accurate patient records using dental software (experience with Dentrix is preferred). Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient care. Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques as appropriate. Manage pediatric patients with a gentle approach to ensure comfort during treatments. PRR/DME experience a must as our office does these procedures.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Epic or CAD is a plus. Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff. Experience in a dental office setting is preferred, especially in pediatrics. Commitment to continuous professional development and education in the field of dentistry.

Pay: $83,576.23-$371,664.11 per year
