Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventative care, diagnosis, and treatment of dental conditions. This position requires strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns. Utilize dental software such as Dentrix and Epic for patient records management. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventative care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient operation of the practice. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques as appropriate.

Experience

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred. Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus. Proficiency in medical terminology related to dentistry. Experience with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff. Pay: $87,694.67-$354,761.20 per year
