Duties



Perform thorough patient assessments, including dental examinations and medical history reviews, utilizing medical terminology and dental terminology to accurately diagnose oral health issues. Deliver a wide range of general dentistry services such as dental cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and prosthodontics procedures to restore and enhance patient smiles. Conduct specialized treatments including root canal therapy, dental extractions, endodontics, and oral surgery procedures with precision and aseptic technique. Utilize dental imaging technology to obtain high-quality radiographs for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Collaborate with dental assistants in four-handed dentistry to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient comfort during procedures. Maintain meticulous medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and accuracy of patient information. Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-treatment care to promote long-term dental wellness. Adhere to infection control protocols and sterilization procedures to uphold the highest standards of safety within the dental clinic environment.

Qualifications



Valid state licensure as a Dentist with active certification to practice dentistry. Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in pediatric dentistry preferred. Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Abel dent Strong knowledge of dental procedures including dental fabrication, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery techniques. Ability to interpret medical imaging and understand anatomy relevant to dental treatments. Excellent communication skills for effective patient care and team collaboration. Knowledge of infection control standards and aseptic techniques necessary for safe practice environments. Experience working in a busy dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable. Pay: $72,387.76-$315,101.95 per year
