We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. This role involves diagnosing, treating, and preventing dental issues while maintaining a high standard of clinical excellence. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional patient care in a professional and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
Perform dental examinations, diagnose oral health issues, and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
Carry out a variety of dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care
Utilize dental technology such as CAD systems for designing restorations and other procedures
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health record systems
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care to promote long-term oral health
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development
Skills
Proficiency with electronic health record systems
Experience with CAD technology for designing dental restorations is highly desirable
Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dental practice
Prior experience working in a dental office setting is preferred
Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and compassionately to patients
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
