Serving over 10,000 active patients, our clinics are known for providing comprehensive, modern dental care in a warm and welcoming environment.

We are seeking a

full-time Associate Dentist

to join our growing teams in

Clarenville

and

Bonavista

. This is a unique opportunity to provide a wide range of dental services in a supportive, team-driven environment -- while living in one of the most scenic regions of Canada.

What We Offer

Collections-based remuneration with growth potential as your production increases. A fully digital practice with the latest technology:

CBCT-PAN-CEPH, intraoral scanner, CAD/CAM systems, and dual 3D printers

. Ability to practice the full scope of general dentistry, including

sedation dentistry, molar endo, impacted 8s, implant surgery, and orthodontics

. 12 operatories, supported by: 1 principal dentist (mentorship available) 1 associate dentist 3 full-time hygienists + 2 part-time hygienists 5 Level II dental assistants 2 receptionists Each associate will be supported with

2 Level II assistants

and has

3 operatories

to practice from. Monday-Friday schedule with weekends off. Strong mentorship for new grads and freedom for experienced clinicians to grow their skills and independence.

Qualifications

DDS/DMD degree (or equivalent) with license eligibility in Newfoundland and Labrador. Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset. Interest in providing comprehensive care and learning new clinical skills.
