Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating patient care by coordinating treatment plans and ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers. This position requires a strong background in medical or dental office settings, along with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding treatment options. Maintain electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and accuracy of patient information. Collaborate with healthcare providers to schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently. Assist in supervising staff members, providing training and support as needed to enhance team performance. Utilize Tracker software for managing patient records, scheduling, and billing processes. Support budgeting efforts by tracking treatment costs and assisting in financial planning related to patient care. Apply knowledge of medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff.

Experience

Previous experience in a dental office or medical office setting is preferred. Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is essential; experience with Tracker is a significant advantage. Strong understanding of insurance processes related to dentalcare services is desirable.
