Treatment Coordinator - Surgical & Advanced Dentistry Experience

experienced Treatment Coordinator

with a solid background in

oral surgery under sedation

,

dental implants

,

CEREC CAD/CAM

,

iTero scanning

, and

Invisalign

to join our dynamic team.

This is a key position that bridges clinical expertise with patient education and care coordination. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, highly organized, and has a deep understanding of dental treatment planning, especially involving complex and multi-phase procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and present comprehensive treatment plans, with a strong focus on:

Surgical procedures under IV sedation or oral sedation

Implant placement and full-arch restorations

Same-day crowns using CEREC CAD/CAM technology

Digital scanning and planning with iTero

Invisalign treatment workflows

Educate patients about their treatment options, timelines, and financial arrangements Build rapport with patients and maintain a high level of trust and professionalism Collaborate closely with the dentist, surgical team, and front office to ensure smooth workflow and scheduling Manage pre-op and post-op communication and documentation Track case progress and follow-up appointments to ensure successful outcomes Understand dental insurance benefits and present financing options as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years experience

as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental office In-depth knowledge of: Surgical protocols and terminology Dental implants and guided surgery CEREC and digital restoration workflows iTero scanning and Invisalign case coordination Excellent communication, sales, and organizational skills Experience working with dental practice management software Knowledge of dental insurance plans Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Strong communication skills in English

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
