Job Description
Protec Dental Laboratories is a full-service dental laboratory located in Olympic Village area. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in an RPD Metal Trimmer role in our Denture department. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional, with strong hand-eye coordination. A commitment to quality, efficiency, and teamwork is essential for success in this role.
The Metal Trimmer will report to the Denture Supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities
? Trim metal Removable Partial Denture (RPD) framework (experience preferred).
? Load and unload Selective Laser Melting machine (SLM) (training will be provided).
? Prepare frames for trimming (remove remaining support fragments).
? Help organizing and accounting for current and next day frames.
? Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Experience trimming metal Removable Partial Denture (RPD) frames considered an asset.
? Effective communication skills and the ability to read, write and speak English.
? Attention to detail.
? Excellent hand-eye coordination.
? Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the fabrication process.

Job Type
? Full-time Monday to Friday, evening shift (12:00pm-8:00pm).
*Training hours will be Monday to Friday 7:00am-4:00pm (2-3 weeks, depending on training progress). After training is completed, hours will resume to Monday to Friday 12:00pm-8:00pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $26.00 per hour
