About Us:
We are a progressive and growth-focused dental laboratory dedicated to craftsmanship, innovation, and high-quality patient outcomes. Our Crown & Bridge department is expanding, and we're looking for a talented RDT who is passionate about their work and eager to build a long-term career with a strong, supportive team.
Position Overview:
As an RDT in our Crown & Bridge department, you will play a key role in fabricating high-quality fixed restorations. This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to continue developing their craft with the support of experienced mentors and modern technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays/onlays, and other fixed restorations
Work with digital and conventional impressions
Design restorations using CAD software (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape)
Perform porcelain buildup, contouring, finishing, and esthetic layering
Evaluate cases, identify challenges, and collaborate with team members to ensure optimal outcomes
Communicate with clinicians when technical questions arise
Maintain a high standard of accuracy, esthetics, and consistency
Support workflow improvements and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications:
Registered Dental Technologist (RDT) certification required
2+ years of experience in Crown & Bridge (CAD/CAM, metal, zirconia, or ceramics)
Strong understanding of occlusion, morphology, and esthetics
Proficiency with CAD design is an asset (training available for the right candidate)
Excellent hand skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines
