Job Overview:

We are currently looking for an experienced and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our vibrant dental practice. As the primary point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring seamless operations.

The perfect candidate has previous experience, strong administrative and communication skills, and preferably knows Abeldent software.

Requirements:

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by business demands Demonstrated strong organizational and multitasking capabilities Experience with Dental practice management software, such as Abeldent Consistent punctuality and reliability Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt and communicate effectively with diverse patients Preferred previous experience in dental assisting Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Duties:

Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner Deliver an exceptional customer service in-person, over the phone, and via email Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar Perform billing duties, accurately processing insurance payments while maintaining meticulous account records Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable, engaging with insurance companies and patients as necessary Handle patient inquiries, facilitate referrals, and maintain clear communication with other offices Maintain organized patient files, charts, and reports, accurately updating data within the Electronic Records system
