Atlantic Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Centre is a modern, forward-thinking and innovative practice that specializes in oral surgery and dental implants. Our team is dedicated to the highest level of patient and surgical care during all forms of treatment, including wisdom teeth removal and dental implant placements. We are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist

What you will be doing

• Assisting the referring dental & medical community
  
• Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Answer phone calls and emails, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments.
• Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collect payments, process billing, and manage financial transactions.
• Coordinate with dental staff to optimize appointment scheduling and patient flow.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, ordering supplies, and data entry.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and patient care.

What you will bring

• A positive attitude with a welcoming and professional demeanour
• Must have the ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
• Previous experience in a dental office or a graduate from a dental assistant program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using dental management software
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
