SCHEDULE:

• 35-40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:The ideal Dental Receptionist is someone who has been previously trained and employed as a Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant or has other reception experience within a medical facility. Overall it is someone who enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure our dental practice runs smoothly and efficiently.Specifically we are looking for someone who has:\xc2\xb7 Experience working in a dental clinic or other medical office dealing with private insurance (eg. Medical health care centres, optometry, physio, chiro etc.). This is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate;\xc2\xb7 Experience with processing dental billing and insurance claims;\xc2\xb7 Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker. All experiences in this software, is considered an asset;\xc2\xb7 Customer service mindset who embraces the importance of patient privacy & confidentiality;\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;\xc2\xb7 Strong verbal and written communication skills in the delivery of detailed instructions and pertinent information to patients, insurance provider representatives and fellow staff members;\xc2\xb7 Must be energetic, friendly and have the ability to multitask; and\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently and in a team environment;Duties will also include all components of clerical and administrative duties such as, but not limited to, greeting and welcoming patients, scheduling, confirming appointments, answering phones and providing telephone reminders, assisting patients to complete forms, etc.We thank all candidates for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.Job Types: Permanent, Full-timeBenefits:
