At the Pediatric Dental Group (PDG), we believe in having fun while delivering great service to our patients. We are a multi-location dental group, and specialize in Orthodontics and Pediatric dentistry for children, adolescent, and adults in our Vancouver, Delta/Surrey, Richmond, and Coquitlam offices.

Building healthy oral hygiene habits is essential for the longevity of a child's teeth and is best supported by a positive attitude towards dentistry. There is no better time to start that positive relationship than when you're a child. To accomplish this, we strive to ensure that we have the best team to help children feel comfortable, safe, and has fun every time they visit our clinic.

PDG is looking for a highly proactive and self-motivated Orthodontic Dental Receptionist, to be part of our growing team in our Delta/Coquitlam Office. A positive attitude and team player mentality is a must! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join an amazing, fast paced dental practice.

JOB DUTIES

Greeting Patients Answering Phone Calls Scheduling Appointments Assisting with Insurance and Billing Inquiries Processing Payments

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

2-3 years Dental Reception (preferred)

Our ideal candidate would be

Experience with Dolphin Software

Confident in speaking and communication

Approachable

Problem Resolver

Time management - ability to Multitask and Prioritize under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
