part-time Dental Receptionist

to help keep our thriving clinic running smoothly and efficiently. If you're passionate about patient care and are open to relocating, we'd love to welcome you to our team--and to the beautiful Vancouver Island lifestyle.

What We Offer:

Permanent, part-time position

Minimum 24 hours/week

What We're Looking For:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in a Dental Receptionist or Administrative Assistant role Strong administrative and organizational skills Completion of a Dental Administration Certificate is a

strong asset

Familiarity with dental practice software (Tracker preferred) Excellent communication skills with patients and families A customer service mindset and attention to detail
