We need a warm, energetic individual who can greet patients with a smile and provide a welcoming first impression. Your Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and help them feel comfortable. Oversee front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, answering calls, and responding to patient inquiries. Maintain accurate and well-organized patient files. Work closely with the dental team to support smooth, efficient patient care. Handle billing, insurance claims, and payments with accuracy. Keep the reception area neat, organized, and inviting.

What We're Looking For:

A friendly, outgoing individual with strong communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist is a plus. Ability to multitask effectively and remain calm in a busy environment. Knowledge of dental-related medical terminology is highly beneficial. Experience with dental software such as Dentrix or MaxiDent is an asset. Comfort using standard office equipment (phones, computers, printers). A dedication to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour
