We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a medical or dental office is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
Assist with bookkeeping duties as needed, including invoicing and payments
Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations for clients
Support administrative tasks such as typing, proofreading documents, and preparing reports
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ABELDENT SOFTWARE
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Effective phone etiquette and communication skills
Previous clerical experience in an office setting is preferred
Experience in customer service roles, particularly in dental office
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Typing proficiency with accuracy in data entry tasks
Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus
