Job Description

We are a well-established, busy dental clinic seeking a

full-time Dental Receptionist

to join our team.

Mandarin speaking is a must.



What you'll do



Welcome and check in/out patients

Schedule/confirm appointments and manage recalls

Handle phone calls and emails

Daily billing, payments, A/R follow-up

Insurance coordination and claim submissions

What you bring



Fluency in both Mandarin and English



Clear, professional communication; team-oriented attitude

Strong organization and attention to detail

Dental reception experience is an asset (Paradigm/Dexis a plus)
