What You'll Do:

Welcome and assist patients with a smile, making them feel at home. Schedule appointments efficiently and manage patient records with care. Answer calls, coordinate with team members, and provide outstanding customer service. Handle payments, insurance verification, billing, and ensure smooth administrative operations. Contribute to a positive, engaging clinic atmosphere where growth is encouraged.
What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years of experience in a dental reception role. Certified Dental Assistant qualification is preferred. Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Tracker is highly desirable Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A friendly attitude and dedication to patient care. Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar front desk role within a dental or medical office environment
