We are seeking a Full Time Receptionist who is organized and professional to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients warmly and professionally. Accurate record keeping. Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner. Appointment scheduling. Co-ordinate treatment with multiple providers. Handle incoming and outgoing mail. Scanning, faxing. Provide detailed information to patients and answer inquiries from insurance. External referrals. Processing of payments. Electronic submission dental claims/estimates to insurance companies. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist/administrator in the dental field. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. A friendly and professional demeanor.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8-4pm
