Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care. Manage scheduling, patient communication, and front-desk coordination. Ensure compliance with dental regulations and office policies. Supervise and motivate office staff, providing training and performance feedback. Oversee financial processes, including billing, collections, and insurance claims. Foster a positive and welcoming environment for patients and team members. Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize workflows and maintain smooth operations. Qualifications:
*Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is considered an asset.
Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, admin Team lead or in a similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., OPEN DENTAL). Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and compliance regulations.
