Job Description
We are looking for a full time HIGHLY motivated, ENERGETIC, friendly, team-oriented dental receptionist. Must have exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, be able to multi task, work confidently in a fast-paced dynamic office setting and possess strong computer skills. Evenings and weekends will be required. This position will be for both office location. Marlee Dental (397 Ridelle Ave, York) & Regency Dental Centre (330 Scarlett Rd, Etobicoke). {Date will be mentioned on day of interview}
Dental Receptionist Requirements:
Proven experience working in a dental office.
Sound knowledge of dental terminology.Proficient in dental practice management software (Dentrix).
Working knowledge of general administrative practices.Good telephone etiquette.
Exceptional organizational skills.Excellent customer service skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting and arriving patients upon arrival
Establishing strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behavior.Delivering EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills in person and over phone
Confirmation, reminder and care calls are completed in a timely mannerScheduling patients and ensuring all patients are booked back for future visits
Billing and taking payments from patientsOpening/ closing the office, ensuring all opening and day end procedures are followed
Outbound recare calls are completed to ensure a productive hygiene scheduleAssist in updating and maintaining client dental records and appointments
ensure all treatment consent forms have been completed and gatheredObtaining Insurance coverage for patients, sending out estimates electronically and by mail.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
