Dental Administrator

32-40 hours per week (permanent full-time)Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude Schedule and confirm appointments Manage patient records and billing Process insurance claims and payments Answer phones and respond to inquiries Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
1+ year of experience as a dental receptionist
(required) Experience with dental software (Curve Hero is an asset Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Friendly, patient-focused, and team-oriented attitudeIf you're a team player who takes pride in delivering great patient experiences, we'd love to hear from you!
