The Pediatric Dental Group (PDG) are a multi-location dental group, and specialize in Orthodontics and Pediatric dentistry for children, adolescent, and adults in our Vancouver, Delta, Richmond, and Coquitlam offices.

Building healthy oral hygiene habits is essential for the longevity of a child's teeth and is best supported by a positive attitude towards dentistry. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are currently looking for a highly proactive and self-motivated Dental Receptionist, to be part of our growing team. A positive attitude and team player mentality is a must!

This position is a full-time Dental Receptionist for our Delta office.

You will responsible for:

Organize and prepare paperwork

Prepare estimates, confirm insurance coverage, and discuss GA information with parents

Discuss treatment plans, procedures and questions from parents

Discuss financial arrangement and handle collection of deposits and payments

Qualifications:

Ability to work with children

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work well in a team and individually

Complete understanding of Dental Insurance

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Tracker software knowledge (preferred)
