The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.


Appletree Dental for kids is a pediatric dental clinic that specializes in general anesthesia treatment for the greater Hamilton area.

SCHEDULE:

24 hours per week Monday - Friday Occasional Saturdays (1-2 Saturdays a month)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

New Grads welcome! 1 year of experience is preferred as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant Experience with dental practice management software such as open dental is considered an asset Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families Customer service mindset
