Dental Receptionist After Hours
Job Description
We are looking for an After Hours Dental Receptionist to work in a progressive, state of the art specialist office (Central: Gateway Blvd location), with great pay and benefits. This position will be Part-time with any reception experience an asset. The successful applicant must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, caring, and a compassionate individual to connect with parents and patients. It is also important that this person possesses a positive attitude with professional commitment and is friendly and out-going in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
Answering phones after hours from
3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Monday to Friday
andSaturdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (possible Sundays)
Maintaining the front desk and waiting area in a very good shape Booking patients for appointments Handling emergency calls and directing patients appropriately Printing reports Taking messages Caring for the online chat messaging system after hoursTraining would take place during our normal business hours
Qualifications and Skills
Experience with Reception/Administrative work is an asset
Must be computer proficient and learn new software easily
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Availability to work during applicable business hours -
3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Monday to Friday
andSaturdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (possible Sundays)
Ability to work well independently and self manage
English proficient in speaking and writing
Excellent customer care skills
