Dental Practice Manager - The Village Dentist

The Village Dentist is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and proactive

Dental Practice Manager

to lead our growing team and elevate the patient experience in our community-focused clinic. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership, and excels at guiding teams toward excellence.

Leadership Responsibilities:

Provide strong day-to-day leadership to all administrative and clinical staff Coach, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high performance and professional growth Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture Implement and reinforce office policies, systems, and workflows Take initiative in problem-solving and conflict resolution to maintain a smooth, supportive environment Act as the primary point of contact between staff and ownership/management

? Operational & Administrative Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily operations to ensure efficiency and a seamless patient experience Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and patient flow to maximize productivity Oversee billing, collections, insurance claims, and financial processes Monitor KPIs, track office performance, and prepare regular operational reports Maintain compliance with dental regulations, infection control, and office standards Identify opportunities for operational improvement and lead implementation of new systems Support marketing, patient retention, and community outreach efforts

? What We're Looking For:

Dental office management experience (required) (Must have 2+ years of experience as a Dental office manager) Proven leadership ability with experience managing a team Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Knowledge of dental terminology, billing, and dental software A patient-centered mindset aligned with The Village Dentist's commitment to quality care and community
