Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth clinic functioning, manage staff, and uphold high standards of patient care and administrative efficiency. This role requires a strong background in dental office management, excellent leadership skills, and familiarity with dental software systems. Cleardent experience an asset. The Practice Manager will play a key role in fostering a professional environment that promotes exceptional patient experiences and operational excellence.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily practice operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and administrative workflows Supervise dental office staff, including front desk personnel, hygienists, and assistants Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMRs) Coordinate with dental providers to optimize patient care delivery and clinic productivity Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management to ensure fiscal responsibility Implement policies and procedures to improve practice efficiency and patient satisfaction Maintain knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental and healthcare settings Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards within the practice

Skills



Proficiency in Cleardent or similar dental practice management software Strong understanding of human resources principles within a healthcare setting Extensive experience in dental office administration or medical office management Supervisory experience managing teams in a clinical environment Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare documentation standards Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry and healthcare services Experience with budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation for healthcare practices Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to foster team collaboration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
