Patient Care Coordinator

Your Role

Patient Experience Leadership

Be the welcoming face patients see and trust throughout their journey Present treatment plans and financial options with confidence and clarity Build lasting relationships that make patients feel valued and understood

Practice Operations

Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, phone calls, and the reception area Process insurance claims accurately and support patients through coverage questions Coordinate seamlessly with our clinical team for smooth patient flow

Growth & Innovation

Use AI-enhanced tools to streamline workflows and improve patient care Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Embrace learning opportunities in a specialty practice setting

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional presence Strong computer skills (dental software experience preferred but not required) Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a structured, fast-paced environment Professional attitude with punctuality and reliability Team-oriented mindset with commitment to service excellence

Complete training on all systems, procedures, and software

Paid development period

while you learn and build confidence Hands-on mentorship from experienced team members Ongoing support to ensure your success and confidence

Periodontal or specialty dental experience Abeldent software familiarity Post-secondary education in a related field
