Lead Administrator / Office Manager

Glasshouse Dental Yorkville is a boutique, luxury dental clinic located in the heart of Yorkville. We are seeking an exceptional Lead Administrator / Office Manager who wants more than a front-desk role -- someone who is excited to be the face of the clinic and play a key role in growing a high-end practice.

About the Role

As our Lead Administrator / Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic while working closely with ownership to elevate the patient experience, build systems, and help scale the practice. You will have the freedom to touch all aspects of the business, from team building and marketing initiatives to optimizing workflows and patient communication.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact and welcoming face of Glasshouse Dental

Oversee front-desk operations, scheduling, billing, and patient flow

Lead, mentor, and help hire administrative and support staff

Work with ownership on marketing initiatives, patient experience, and brand presence

Implement and improve systems to support clinic growth and efficiency

Monitor KPIs, production goals, and operational performance

Ensure a seamless, luxury-level patient experience from first call to follow-up

Qualifications

Experience in dental administration or office management is required

Confident, polished professional who thrives in a leadership role

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership of outcomes

Passionate about growth, patient experience, and building something special

Strong communication skills with both patients and team members

Pay: $33.00-$37.00 per hour
