Your Impact as a Leader (Responsibilities):



Lead, mentor, and inspire our clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations. Champion an exceptional patient experience, from the first call to the completion of treatment. Drive practice growth by managing budgets, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and identifying opportunities for improvement. Oversee all aspects of patient scheduling, treatment coordination, and financial arrangements. Serve as the key communication link between our patients and dental professionals. Proactively manage conflict resolution and foster a cohesive, high-performing team.

What You'll Bring to the Team (Qualifications):



Required:

5+ years of experience in a dental administration role.

Required:

A minimum of 5 years of proven leadership and management experience within a dental office.

Crucially, this experience must be from a dental practice within North America.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong financial acumen with experience managing practice budgets and KPIs. A talent for organization, time management, and creative problem-solving.

Bonus Points for:

Proficiency with TRACKER Dental Software and extensive experience in Treatment Coordination.
