About The Role

As our Dental Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the practice, leading the front-end team, supporting clinical flow, and ensuring smooth daily operations.



Key Responsibilities include:


Leading, mentoring, and supporting front-end staff Managing schedules, workflow, and daily operations Handling problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making Supporting patient relations and ensuring an exceptional experience Maintaining strong communication between clinical and administrative teams

What We're Looking For

4+ years of dental office management experience Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Confident decision-maker and excellent multitasker Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solution-focused Professional, organized, and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

$30-$38 per hour (dependent on experience, negotiable) Health benefits & dental benefits Free parking Education assistance / allowance Paid working interview (at agreed hourly rate)

Schedule

Full-time | Minimum 40 hours per week Monday-Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Saturday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (1 Saturday per month) Day off during the week when Saturday is worked 30-minute unpaid lunch Occasional flexibility required to support coverage needs
