About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Administration Manager to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role that supports our day-to-day operations and helps maintain the smooth, high-quality service that defines our practice.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations - Ensure the dental practice runs smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis
Schedule management - Coordinate patient appointments, manage the appointment calendar, and optimize scheduling to maximize productivity
Staff supervision - Hire, train, and manage dental office staff including receptionists, dental assistants, and hygienists
Policy implementation - Develop and enforce office policies, procedures, and protocols
Customer service excellence - Ensure positive patient experiences and handle patient complaints or concerns
Patient communication - Manage patient inquiries, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications
Qualifications & Skills
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a dental administrator and, CDA or DDS degree
In-depth knowledge of dental insurance and BCDA fee guide codes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous management or supervisory experience - Demonstrates leadership capability
Management and Leadership:
Team leadership - Ability to motivate and manage diverse staff
Conflict resolution - Handle employee and patient disputes professionally
Performance management - Conduct evaluations and provide feedback
Delegation skills - Distribute tasks effectively
Assets:
Experience with Power Practice software
Clinical dental experience
