Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Dental Model Work Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in dental model fabrication, articulation, and case preparation for both fixed and removable restorations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, pour, trim, and finish dental models with high accuracy. Perform articulation, mounting, and model cutting/pinning for Crown & Bridge and Removable cases. Work with both digital and traditional impressions (printed and stone models). Maintain occlusal relationships and model bases for Crown & Bridge, Implant, and Removable workflows. Collaborate with designers and ceramists to ensure case accuracy and quality control. Maintain a clean and organized work area, upholding laboratory standards.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in dental model work (Crown & Bridge and Dentures). Proficient in mounting, trimming, and articulation techniques. Familiar with Rx forms, digital scans, and implant analog positioning. Experience using Artex, Stratos, or similar articulators. Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable. Digital / 3D printing familiarity is an asset. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently.
