About the Role
We're looking for an
organized and hands-on Lab Operations Manager
to help run our daily lab operations smoothly. This is a
temporary full-time role (2 months)
to start, but if we're a great fit for each other, there's an opportunity to transition into a
permanent position
.
You'll be at the heart of our lab -- keeping cases on track, coordinating between clinicians, designers, and technicians, and making sure everything runs like clockwork.
What You'll Do
Oversee daily lab operations and ensure all cases are completed on schedule.
Communicate and coordinate between clinicians, designers, technicians, and management.
Review incoming digital case files (DICOM, STL, etc.) for completeness and accuracy.
Keep workflows organized through our digital tracking systems and maintain clear case documentation.
Manage lab supplies and inventory to make sure production never skips a beat.
Help develop and improve
standard operating procedures (SOPs)
for efficiency and quality.
Support administrative duties like reporting, records, shipments, and accounts receivable management.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in operations and /or dental office management, or a related healthcare environment.
Solid understanding of
dental and implant terminology and workflows
.
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
,
Microsoft Excel
, and
Moranis
.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive -- you don't wait for problems, you solve them.
Diploma or degree in
Dental Technology, Healthcare Administration
, or a related field is a plus (but not mandatory).
Two professional references
required.
Contract Details
Start Date:
Immediately (we're ready when you are!)
Duration:
2 months, with the possibility of full-time employment after.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly or monthly rate, based on experience.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday (on-site or hybrid).
