Job Description

We're a modern dental practice expanding our digital lab & 3D printing capabilities.
We're looking for Dental Lab Technician to join at an early stage and help shape the direction of a growing digital lab operation.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will oversee daily 3D printing operations, coordinate with offsite CAD designers, and prepare dental appliances for clinical insertion. The role also includes opportunities to assist with sales outreach to local dental offices as the operation grows.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain 3D printers, wash, and curing equipment.
Coordinate with offsite CAD designers to ensure case accuracy and consistency.
Finish and prepare appliances for patient delivery (trimming, polishing, Quality Control).
Track materials, maintain equipment, manage production and prepare invoices
Outreach & sales growth

Qualifications

1+ years of dental lab experience (removable appliances, splints, retainers, etc.).
Experience with 3D printing systems (SprintRay, Formlabs, Asiga, or similar).
Strong understanding of dental anatomy and appliance fabrication principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with external partners.
Confident communicator, friendly, and professional.

Schedule

Part-time hours (1-2 days per week to start).
