We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the dental laboratory by fabricating dental prosthetics and appliances that meet the specifications provided by dentists. This position requires a strong understanding of dental materials, techniques, and the ability to work with precision and care.
Duties
Fabricate dental restorations such as crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances using various materials.
Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology to design and create dental products.
Collaborate with dentists to understand their specifications and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Perform repairs and adjustments on existing dental appliances as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and materials to improve production processes.
o CAD/CAM Design
Utilize 3Shape or Exocad software to design single units, full-mouth, and full-arch restorations (crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant-supported cases).
Complex Case Management
Independently handle aesthetic veneer designs, multi-implant configurations, and other advanced restorative workflows.
Digital Fabrication
Operate and maintain 3D printing and milling equipment.
Skills
Proficiency in laboratory techniques related to dental fabrication.
Familiarity with
medical terminology
relevant to dentistry.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Knowledge of CAD software for designing dental products is a plus.
