Dental Lab Technician

to join our team.

Position Summary:

The Dental Lab Technician will be responsible for the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of full and partial dentures. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a passion for craftsmanship, and experience working in a dental laboratory environment (at least 5 years experience).

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate full and partial dentures using conventional methods Pour impressions, set teeth, wax, process, and finish dentures Repair broken dentures and process relines as needed Work collaboratively with Denturists and other clinical staff Maintain lab equipment and follow infection control protocols Organize and prioritize workflow to meet daily and weekly deadlines

Qualifications:

Diploma or certification

in Dental Laboratory Technology or equivalent Minimum

5 years of experience

in a dental lab (removable prosthodontics preferred) Knowledge of denture fabrication techniques (waxing, casting, finishing, etc.) Familiarity with dental materials and lab equipment Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
