About the Job
We are searching for an experienced, full-time dental hygienist, to see patients roughly 22-30 hours per week (depending on the week), from Monday to Friday, in Courtice. This position is a temporary position to cover a leave. There will be potential to keep part time permanent hours at the end of the leave, possibly extending to full time in the future. Start date is projected to be Jan 5th, 2026. The end date is unknown at this time.
M 8 am - 5 pm (alternate)
W 10 am - 7 pm
Th 8 am - 5 pm
F 8 am - 1 pm (as needed)
About You
Our ideal person:
likes to work in a team setting, is able to educate the patient with intra-oral photos, knows how to restore gums to health through soft-tissue management, knows how to set the patient and the doctor up for success (by recognizing treatment, advising the patient of your concerns and bringing it to the attention of the doctor), and is efficient in the operatory
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 - 30 per week
