What We Offer Competitive hourly wage + quarterly bonus Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, orthodontic coverage for you & your family) Annual uniform & shoe allowance Educational reimbursement program Guaranteed shift hours + paid statutory holidays Real career growth opportunities within a national network Key Responsibilities Delivering exceptional patient care and building strong, personal connections at every visit Providing hygiene treatment based on clinical findings and patient goals Educating patients to improve their oral health and treatment experience Collecting dental/medical history and preparing patients for the Orthodontist Taking & processing X-rays while following all safety protocols Performing hygiene care: cleaning, polishing, flossing, and examining gum health Assisting with orthodontic procedures (bonding, removal of brackets, placing/removing archwires, etc.) Keeping accurate patient records and notes Supporting lab duties and sterilization of equipment Engaging in aftercare calls and patient support Traveling to satellite locations when needed Collaborating with the team to maintain a respectful, positive, and high-energy clinic environment

? Requirements

Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree, with registration/licensure in good standing with the provincial hygiene regulatory authority 2+ years' experience as a Dental Hygienist (preferred, not required) CPR & First Aid certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills -- a true patient-first mindset Excellent organizational and time management skills Orthodontic experience is an asset, but we're happy to train the right candidate
