As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental hygiene services, educating patients on oral health practices, and ensuring a comfortable experience for all patients.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments to maintain optimal oral health for patients.
Utilize ABELDent software for patient records management and scheduling.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Maintain sterilization protocols and adhere to safety standards in the dental office.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
Stay updated on medical terminology relevant to dentistry to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Requirements
Currently registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: $48.00-$51.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
