Job Description

Cobblestone Dental Care is seeking a Dental Hygienist, for our fast growing practice! We are a general practice that is family focused and single dentist owned and operated. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in all aspects of dental hygiene and possess a passion for providing excellent patient care and the ability to build patient relationships.

Current hours required:

Monday 9am to 5pm (1 hour lunch)

Wednesdays 9am to 6pm (1 hour lunch)

Thursdays 9am to 7pm (1 hour lunch)

Friday 8am to 1pm (not worked when Saturday is scheduled)

Saturday - one per month from 8 to 1 (Sept to May)

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring a welcoming environment. Perform preventative dental cleanings and examinations, utilizing knowledge of medical terminology. Utilize ClearDent software for patient records and scheduling. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Collaborate with dental assistants and other staff to ensure smooth office operations. Maintain public health guidelines for dental office reprocessing and cleanliness Contributing to team effort

Qualifications

Successful completion of Dental Hygiene Diploma or Hygiene Degree program Registered with the College of Dental Hygienist of ntario (C.D.H.O) Focused on high quality patient care Experience with ClearDent software is an asset Familiarity with dental office operations and procedures
