We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting oral health. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Needed for Saturdays And every other Fridays to start as needed by the clinic.

Duties

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits. Utilize AbelDent software for patient records management and appointment scheduling. Assist in orthodontic procedures as needed, providing support to the dentist during treatments. Collaborate with the dental team to develop personalized treatment plans for patients. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and inquiries effectively. Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in dental hygiene practices.

Qualifications

Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice. Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred. Familiarity with AbelDent software is a plus. Experience in pediatrics or orthodontics is advantageous. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse patient base. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members. Knowledge of medical terminology related to dental procedures is essential. Pay: $42.00-$55.32 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 15 per week

Work Location: In person
