We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care while promoting oral health and hygiene. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient education. The Dental Hygienist will work closely with dentists to deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment.
Duties
Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Document patient treatment plans and maintain accurate records using Dentrix software.
Assist in the management of orthodontic cases and provide support in pediatric dentistry.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and medical terminology.
Experience
Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred, with a focus on pediatric dentistry being an advantage.
Familiarity with Abeldent software is highly desirable.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication with diverse patient populations is essential.
Experience in dental assisting or a dental office setting will be beneficial.
