What You'll Be Doing:

Greeting patients with warmth and creating a positive, welcoming experience. Collecting dental and medical histories and keeping records up-to-date. Supporting the orthodontist during visits from preparing patients and taking X-rays to assisting chairside. Learning and mastering orthodontic techniques: placing and removing arch wires, bonding and removing brackets, and more (don't worry, we'll train you if it's new!). Performing hygiene care like cleaning, polishing, flossing, and helping patients maintain excellent oral health throughout treatment. Educating patients about their progress and encouraging good habits that keep them smiling confidently. Following up with patients aftercare, answering questions, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way. Helping with lab work, sterilization, and keeping instruments and equipment in top shape. Collaborating with your teammates, because a great team makes everything better!

What We're Looking For:

A licensed Dental Hygienist in good standing who's passionate about patient care. Someone who is excited to learn orthodontics; no experience needed, just a willingness to grow.
