Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team 4-5 days per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during each visit. This role requires a strong understanding of dental hygiene practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. Utilize Tracker software for patient record managment and appointment scheduling. Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations. Provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming environment for patients. Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications

Valid Dental Hygiene license and registered with the BCCOHP Experience with Tracker software is preferred. Previous dental office experience is highly desirable, along with familiarity with medical terminology. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring efficient patient care delivery.
