The Role

As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) on our flagship team, you'll deliver exceptional hygiene care while helping us refine the playbooks, protocols, and patient experience that other Shair practices will follow. You'll collaborate closely with dentists, assistants, and our ops team to make care efficient, evidence?based, and truly patient?centred.

What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care (assessment, perio charting, scaling/root planing, debridement, maintenance, desensitization) following current standards of practice. Capture and label diagnostic radiographs (HARP compliant) and intraoral images; contribute to documentation quality in Curve. Educate and motivate patients with individualized home?care plans; build strong, long?term relationships. Coordinate with providers to present perio/recare plans clearly and empathetically; support high?quality case acceptance through education. Use our tech stack (Curve, imaging, intraoral cameras; intraoral scanning experience is a plus) to streamline visits and improve outcomes. Participate in creating and refining Shair clinical playbooks and training content; offer feedback that improves efficiency and patient experience. Uphold IPAC, safety, and documentation standards; contribute to inspection?readiness. Champion our provider?centric philosophy and help mentor future team members as the clinic grows.

Are registered and in good standing with the CDHO (required) and hold HARP certification for radiography. Bring excellent clinical skills with a warm, relationship?first approach. New grads with strong clinical references are welcome. Love technology and clean workflows; Curve experience is an asset. Schedule & Start Date

Part-time starting on Tuesdays with potential for growth as our practice continues to grow. Typical clinic hours with occasional flexibility for education events. Start date: As soon as we meet the right person.
