We are currently looking for a Manager for our dental center located in St-Marc-des-Carrieres.
The manager is the resource person of the dental center, and they play a crucial role in mobilizing his team toward achieving objectives. They must be able to ensure the administrative stability and operational efficiency of their clinic, in addition to having the ability to continually develop their expertise regarding their responsibilities and the challenges of the business. With great ease in adapting to various situations, the manager is also a team player acting with finesse and empathy.
The offer is for a
permanent, full-time
position (40 hours/week).REQUIREMENTS
:Considerable experience in the dental field (5 years minimum) Recognized related experience: administrative assistant, secretary, accounting clerk, manager/assistant Strong skills acquired in personnel management (3 years minimum)
