We're seeking a results-driven CAD Design Sales Specialist to expand our digital dental design services to dental labs and dentists. This is a true hunter role focused on new customer acquisition and strategic account growth. You'll build the pipeline, close the deals, and hand off to our design and operations teams--allowing you to focus purely on revenue generation.
What You'll Do

Drive New Business Growth
Prospect and close new dental labs, dentists, and clinics through outbound outreach, networking, trade shows, and strategic partnerships
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline that consistently delivers new customer acquisitions
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that showcase our CAD design capabilities
Negotiate pricing, service packages, and contract terms to close deals efficiently
Maintain high activity levels and consistent outreach to exceed acquisition targets

Maximize Account Value
Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts to expand service adoption
Promote our full range of offerings: crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, night guards, aligners, and specialty designs
Introduce new features, capabilities, and service expansions to drive account growth
Partner with design and operations teams to stay current on service updates and effectively communicate them to clients

Be the Technical Expert
Demonstrate deep knowledge of CAD/CAM workflows, scanning requirements, and dental restorations
Articulate clear value propositions around workflow efficiency, turnaround times, and quality differentiators
Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain expertise in leading software platforms (Exocad, 3Shape, etc.)
Translate technical capabilities into business benefits for prospects and clients

Represent Our Brand
Attend and represent the company at dental industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and lead-generation initiatives
Provide market intelligence to inform product development and go-to-market strategies

Required
Industry Experience:
Background in dental sales, digital dentistry, or dental lab environments
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of CAD/CAM workflows and restorative design processes
Sales Excellence:
Proven ability to prospect, present, negotiate, and close new business

Exceptional verbal and written communication with strong presentation abilities
Drive & Autonomy:
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with performance-based compensation
