Dental Associate with 45% of Collections

About Us & the Position:

Collingwood Family Dental is seeking a Full-Time Dental Associate to be a part of our team! We are the newest Dental Clinic in Collingwood and offer a full-range of Dental Services catering to patients of all ages. Our patients' care, comfort, and convenience will be of the utmost importance, along with a fun and positive working environment for our team.

As a Dental Associate, you would most often be the sole provider at the clinic. Our office is a 4 operatory clinic, running 2-3 hygienists + DDS work. We'd be happy to discuss recent and expected collections.

We are offering compensation at 45% of collections.

Furthermore, if

Ownership

is of interest, the opportunity may be available should the Associate be the right fit for the clinic.

Requirements:

? Registered, licensed, and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (R.C.D.S.O)
? Valid CPR & First Aid certifications
? Basic Restorative, Crown & Bridge, Emergencies, Patients of All ages, Treatment Planning & Diagnosis

Preferences & Assets:

? Extractions, Root Canals
? Knowledge of Tracker Practice Management Software

Schedule:

? Start Date - Early 2026, but open to other opportunities

? Monday to Friday preferred

Pay: $225,000.00-$450,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

license to practice Dentistry in Ontario with the RCDSO (required)
