East Kildonan Dental Group is looking for an experienced and dependable

Registered Dental Assistant

to join Dr. Biluan's team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a supportive, patient-focused practice where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional care every day.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic RDA who is confident in all aspects of chairside assisting and enjoys being part of a collaborative clinical team. You'll work directly with Dr. Biluan on a wide variety of procedures, with a strong focus on surgical and restorative dentistry.

Our ideal candidate has

2+ years of chairside assisting experience

and brings a positive, team-oriented attitude. We are open to training a newer grad who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Hours & Schedule

Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:30/4:30 PM (two or more per month if interested in a three-day weekend) Optional extra sterilization hours or a half day on Tuesdays if additional hours are desired.

Total:

32-36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Provide full chairside assistance for all procedures including and not limited to surgical and restorative procedures Perform accurate charting and record keeping Maintain a clean, organized operatory and ensure proper sterilization protocols Support efficient patient flow and help create a welcoming environment Collaborate with team members to deliver a smooth and positive patient experience Tracker software experience is considered an asset but not required
